Re-installing special SIACAD IntelliCAD toolbars

From time to time the special toolbars delivered with IntelliCAD may become lost - you may have inadvertently closed one of them and not realized it. We provide a script file which can be used to re-activate them. IntelliCAD (and AutoCAD) have a command SCRIPT which can be started from the command line to do this or activated from a drop down menu.

Here are the instructions for running the IntelliCAD script which restores the SIACAD toolbars:

  1. Select the Tools drop down menu and then Scripts. A dialog box appears.
  2. Navigate to the SIACAD folder on your local C: drive. Click on the file ALL_ICAD.SCR. [This folder will still be on the C: drive, even if you install IntelliCAD on (Say) the D: drive. ]

  3. Click OK to run this file.

Check in the drop down menu area that the bonus tools have now been installed. Show the toolbars via View>Toolbars.
